My late husband had Alzheimer’s and was only supposed to be at Midway Care Centre for a week, as a temporary resident, but he settled in so well he was there for the next 4 ½ years. Midway Care Centre is unique in its approach to Care, treating the residents as normal people, leading a normal life. Eating at a dining room table, spending leisure time in the living rooms, going for a walk outside, playing mini golf, etc. and all under the watchful eye of the Midway staff. The staff are just awesome and I loved watching the way they gave the residents so much love, care and respect. I would never hesitate if a family member needed care, to contact Midway.
